If you wish to become a member of Hardwick Sports & Social Club, either collect a subscription form from the Club or print off the form from the link below. You must be proposed and seconded by an existing member of the Club and you should then take your completed form to the Club, together with your annual subscription fee of £5, and hand it in to Diane Rason (Club Manager) or any of the bar staff.
A list of proposed new members is presented at each Committee Meeting on the third Wednesday of every month. Once approved, membership cards are produced and are available for collection from the Club, just ask a member of the bar staff for your card.
Regular membership checks take place at the Club so it is important to have your card on you if you are attending the Club.
Renewals
Membership subscriptions become due on 1st January each year. Renewal forms are sent to members each year with the Newsletter. Members renewing their membership before the last day of February do not need to be proposed or seconded.
Any member who has not paid their subscription by 1st February shall be considered in arrear and if it not be paid by 1st March they shall cease to be a member of the Club.
If a membership has lapsed i.e. it has not been renewed by 1st March, then new membership will have to be applied for as per the rules laid out above
